Please read this entire Privacy Policy before submitting information to Artifact Lighting Ltd. When you submit information to Artifact Lighting Ltd, whether online or offline, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Artifact Lighting Ltd never shares or sells your private information to other retailers.

Artifact Lighting Ltd takes your privacy seriously and will only use the personal information you disclose to us to administer your account and provide the products and services you have requested from us. We will only collect personal information that is required for us to fulfil your order; this includes the following:

Contact information, including your name, street address, postcode, telephone number and email address;
Authentication information, including user IDs, log-in names, passwords, password reminders;
Transaction information, including products or services that you enquire about or request;
Payment information, including your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address.
In order to process your payment, the above information will be shared with your preferred payment gateway, either Stripe or PayPal. Artifact Lighting does not retain or have access to any of your payment information this is only held by your preferred payment gateway.

All of your personal information is stored on our password-protected Shopify account, accessible only by staff. We store this data for four years, to assist with any queries regarding past orders, after four years, your personal account information will be deleted from our database, however your order information will remain. If you have opted in to receive our marketing emails, your information will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to hear from us

You reserve the right to access the information that we have on you, have it corrected or deleted. You can view and update your personal information by logging in to your Artifact Lighting user account. Email Marketing / Mailing Lists

We would like to contact you from time to time with details of new product launches and offers from Artifact Lighting. We will only send you these marketing emails if you choose to opt in to our mailing list. If you opt in to our mailing list, your personal data, including name and email address, will be transferred to MailChimp for processing. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us.

We respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Google or any other 3rd party re-marketing system. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to your website. This allows us to make special offers and continue to market our services to those who have shown interest Artifact Lighting.
