Can I install the lighting myself?

The majority of our lighting is straight forward to install. However, installation is very dependant on the environment in which it is installed. We therefore advise that an insured professional install all of our lighting. We take no responsibility for the method of installation or any resulting damage to property or life of our products. Please see our T&Cs for more information.

Should I buy a domestic or industrial ceiling rose?

The differences between the two types of ceiling attachments are detailed in the listings. For the most part, if you are installing our lightings in a private, domestic dwelling, we recommend the domestic ceiling rose. If you are installing them into a commercial property, the industrial plate is usually more suitable. Please check with you electrician before purchasing to ensure you are buying the best fitting option for your project.

How much flex will I need?

With pendants, we provide 1m flex as standard however, if you require more we offer up to 5 metres as an add on. If you are unsure how much you are going to need, it is always best to order more than you think as flex length can be cut on installation to suit the environment.

Can I return the lights if I don't like them?

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. We also understand that it is often difficult to visualise a light in your space after only viewing images online. Therefore, we offer an any reason returns policy; all we ask is that you pay the return postage cost. Please see our returns page for more info.

Are these lights safe to use in the UK?

Yes, all of our lights are CE certified and fully tested before leaving us. If installed correctly, they will be perfectly safe. Please see our T&Cs for more info.

Are these lights safe to use outside the UK?

We can only test these lights to UK standards, therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they meet the specific safety requirements of their country.

Can I place an order from outside the UK?

Because of the vast number of complications with overseas and remote UK orders, we can not include it as a part of our automated checkout system. We ask that all international customers and customers outside of mainland UK contact us to place orders and obtain a shipping quote.

Do you offer discounts for trade or bulk orders?

Yes, we offer trade discounts to professionals based on volume. If you would like to find out more about our offers, please contact us.

Can you finish the shades in different colours?

Yes, we can finish our lights in any RAL colour of your choosing. Bespoke orders must be for a quantity of 5 units or more. Please contact us to enquire about custom orders.

Are these lights suitable for use in bathrooms?

No, unfortunately our lights are not IP rated so we cannot recommend them for use in bathrooms.
